My stay at Pietra Bangkok had its ups and downs. The location is quite convenient, being just a short walk from MRT stations, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the room and some of the services was disappointing. Though the basic amenities were decent, I faced several issues during my stay that left me feeling frustrated.

Rooms
5.0
Initially, I booked a one-bedroom suite in the back building, but it was unfinished and poorly maintained. After changing to a standard room in the main building, I found it to be noisy and not as clean as I would have hoped.
Service
5.0
While the staff seemed apologetic about my initial complaints, interactions could be unprofessional. It was particularly frustrating when I had to confront misunderstandings around a missing laundry bag during checkout.
Location

The hotel's location was a major convenience for me, being close to two MRT stations. While it’s near a busy highway, it made getting around the city easy.
Dining

I opted for breakfast once, and it was pretty disappointing. The selection was poor and the food quality was subpar, making me wish I had chosen something else.
Facilities
5.0
The fitness room was decent, and I did appreciate the free Wi-Fi, even if it was slow at times. However, there was room for improvement in overall cleanliness and service.

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at Pietra Bangkok. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the hotel was a bit out of the way for first-time visitors. The staff were generally polite, though some interactions were a tad frustrating. On the other hand, the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you don’t mind a few quirks.

My room was pretty spacious with a comfortable large bed, but the lighting was quite poor. The marble floors looked nice but were slippery, so I had to be careful.
Service

Most staff members were polite and helpful, but there were some frustrating encounters that felt unprofessional.
Location

The location felt a bit off the beaten path for someone new to Bangkok, but it's just a short walk to the MRT stations, which helped.
Dining

Breakfast was a definite letdown, with cold food and a lackluster selection that just didn't do it for me.
Facilities

The hotel had basic facilities like a room service and a bell staff, but nothing excellent to write home about.

My stay at Pietra Bangkok was a bit of a mixed bag. While the spacious room and comfortable large bed were highlights, the overall service left much to be desired. The location is somewhat inconvenient for newcomers, tucked away from major tourist spots.

Rooms

The room I had was spacious, featuring a small sofa and plenty of storage. However, the marble effect flooring made it slippery, and I wasn’t a fan of the partitioned bathroom design.
Service

While the staff were polite and helpful (they even assisted me with a lost wallet), the overall management seemed disorganized, which affected my experience.
Location

The location is a bit out of the way for visitors unfamiliar with Bangkok, although it’s just a short walk to the Suttisan and Huay Khwang MRT stations.

I found the breakfast options to be quite poor in quality and selection, which was disappointing as I was expecting better.

My stay at Pietra Bangkok was pleasant overall, with comfortable and spacious rooms. however, there were some service issues that dampened the experience.

Rooms

The rooms were quite spacious, featuring a comfortable large bed and a small sofa. They had plenty of storage space, and the ambiance was nice. though I did get charged for mini bar items I didn't consume.
Service
5.0
Service left much to be desired. The staff seemed unhelpful at times, making rude comments instead of assisting, which wasn't a great experience. Check-in was a bit disorganized.
Location

While the hotel is near Sutthisan MRT station and offers easy access to transportation, its location isn't ideal as it's opposite a large entertainment center, which might not appeal to everyone.
Dining

Breakfast was very simple and disappointing. cold eggs and poor-quality sausages were not what I expected. If I had arrived near the end of breakfast, it could have been even worse.
Facilities

The facilities were basic. I noticed a few empty spaces around the hotel and could have benefited from a business center, especially during my stay.

My stay at Pietra Bangkok was a mixed experience. The hotel offers a decent location between two metro stations and has spacious, modern rooms. However, noise from the main road was an issue, and the breakfast was disappointing. Overall, it's a good value for money, but there are a few areas needing improvement. 🌟

Rooms

I enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable bed and decent amenities, but the room decor felt a bit gloomy. The frosted glass bathroom wall was not to my liking, and the bathtub had safety concerns.
Service

The staff were polite and helpful, especially when I had to report a lost wallet. They were understanding and accommodating, making my stay smoother despite a few hiccups.
Location

The hotel is situated conveniently between Huai Khwang and Suthisaan MRT stations, making it easy to get around. However, being on a busy road can be noisy, which detracted from the overall experience.
Dining

Breakfast left a lot to be desired with cold dishes and poor service. I recommend exploring local eateries instead, as they were far better options.
Facilities
5.0
The fitness room and spa were decent, but overall, I felt the hotel could use additional improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.
